Perfect life Perfect death

Finally I have completed my work in Carinas book and will post it tomorrow to you, Lotta! The first picture is a piece of embroidery on fabric. Inspired by Elizabets beautiful image of a kitchen sink, I also made a scene from a kitchen, almost a mirror image but not as pleasant. Home sweet hell, home as the scene of a crime. Is the women drowning herself in the sink or just washing her hair? The second picture is also a piece of embroidery but on paper. I left the threads uncut and unfastened. /Lisa

Can´t help to comment the HOME-theme. For me home is not pleasant and not hell just WORK!!!(I wish it was rest and peace!) I like your pictures. They are always very emotional and dramatic. My first thought was that she was throwing up!

I love this! I'm very excited that you all make so great stiches in my Moly! Dramatic theme - the sink is comming back to get you ..... arhhhh...
I'm exhausted from house work these days, same as Elizabeth. Even though we are two people sharing the work we die in the sofa every night.

Yes, dialy housework really can drain oneself!
A never ending story, buying food, carrying food, cooking food, eating food, washing-up and washing, cleaning, buying food...
This is the practical side, then there is the side we have to deal with when all housework is done.
Yin and Yan and harmony and that stuff...
Suddenly we´re under the watersurface...
